By accessing or using TrackWhatYouOwe ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before using our platform.
By creating an account or using the Service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, have the legal authority to enter into this agreement, and accept these Terms in full. If you are using the Service on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business.
TrackWhatYouOwe provides a software platform for tracking business and personal debt obligations, including merchant cash advances, SBA loans, business loans, and lines of credit. The Service includes automatic payment tracking, document storage, PDF export, and AI-powered contract import features.
New users receive a 14-day free trial with full access to all features. No credit card is required to start. If you do not add a payment method before the trial ends, your account will be paused — no charges will be made. You may reactivate at any time by adding a payment method.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support. Monthly subscribers retain access through the end of the current billing period. Annual subscribers retain access through the end of the annual term but are not eligible for pro-rated refunds.
You agree not to:
You retain ownership of all data you enter into the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process and store your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you. We do not sell your data to third parties. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely accurate. Debt balance calculations are estimates based on the data you provide and should not be used as the sole basis for financial decisions. Always verify balances directly with your lenders.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TrackWhatYouOwe shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or a prominent notice in the app at least 14 days before they take effect. Your continued use of the Service after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Miami-Dade County, Florida.
